Subscription Policy

A PREDATOR8 subscription delivers your chosen product to your door every 30 days. By choosing a subscription, you authorize PREDATOR8 to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date until you pause or cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. The renewal price is the price shown at checkout and in your account at the time you sign up, including any applicable discounts.

You are charged on the renewal date. If you sign up on a date that does not exist in every month, such as the 31st, we may bill you on the last day of shorter months.

All subscription charges are in USD and include any taxes required by law.

We send you an email reminder before each renewal charge. The email shows the charge amount, the renewal date and the product you will receive. You do not need to take any action unless you want to change or cancel your subscription.

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Available actions include changing the quantity, delivery date, shipping address, payment method, skipping a shipment, pausing or cancelling.

Changes made before the next processing date usually apply to that shipment. Changes made after the processing date may take effect on the following shipment.

If we change subscription prices, we will notify you in advance. The new price will apply to your next renewal after the notice period.

You may skip one shipment or pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Pausing stops billing and delivery until you reactivate. Skipping moves your next shipment to the following cycle without charging you for the skipped period.

You can reactivate a paused subscription at any time through your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call is required.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If a renewal charge has already been processed, cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund the current shipment.

If a renewal charge fails, we notify you by email and may retry the payment within a reasonable period. If the charge still fails, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until you update your payment method.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription orders. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 60 days of your first delivery for a refund. Subsequent subscription shipments follow the same guarantee. Refund details are in our Returns and Guarantee policy.

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with the updated date.
